Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy on faulty goods, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE; we do not offer refunds on wrongly ordered items. But we will happily discuss this with you to see if we can find a compromise. We also outline on our main page that our products are 100% airlume, making them lighter (thinner), but all made ethically with great care - therefore we do not refund on quality of item.
To start a faulty return, you can contact us at office@emmajanetaylor.com to start the process. If your return is accepted. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of returns, but are happy to discuss with you where to send and how to get a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days to return the faulty item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 14 days, and once the return is accepted and assuming the return costs are confirmed and paid for, we will send back out the item to you.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not cover the costs of these returns or further postage to recover returns.
Refunds are only given if the item is faulty or is not as described, or if it does not do what it's supposed to. We do not offer refunds on sale items or wrongly ordered items, these would be at the customer cost along with further postage.
